The dehydrated rice flake fine has a natural off white colour and fibre size of max. 10 mm. With a protein content of 8% the product is stable at 2 to 30°C in closed polybag and in pH values between 4 to 8. This ingredient can be declared as textured rice flour and has a limited impact on the ingredient list of the final application.
