The textured faba beans flake fine has a natural off white colour and fibre size of ≤ 10 cm. With a protein content of 5.9%, the product is stable at -18°C and in pH values between 4 to 8. This ingredient can be declared as textured faba bean flour and has a limited impact on the ingredient list of the final application.
